Afternoon stroll
My incredibly talented brother went for a stroll around our neighbourhood yesterday before dusk and captured these stunning images. Aren’t they beyond lovely? The weather is quite inspiring here at the moment; the wind is present, but very light. The leaves are not as crispy as they were during the orange autumn, but they compliment the snow perfectly and the warm sun rays are slowly settling in.
In other news, I won’t be blogging over the weekend because I will be on my way to Montreal for a mini vacation. I’ll be bringing my brother’s Nikon D40x to snap a few photos from my trip to share with all of you lovely folks. Our hotel is right in the heart of downtown Montreal and we’ve already researched some spots that we planning on visiting. I am getting quite excited! Any vacation plans soon? Hope your weekend includes a quiet afternoon stroll and maybe some tea. I have to return to my packing.
After the jump, more photos from the stroll.

These are so beautiful – where is this spot? Hope you’re having fun in MTL – I’m just back from two days in Edinburgh! I love a mini getaway.
Hilary, they are from a few ravine paths near our house.
Edinburgh is high on my traveling “wish list,” hope you had a great trip!
Did you visit the Old Port, the Insectarium (if it’s still there) and the Cathedral (Notre Dame) too?
Those are the places I remember the best…:)
